Answers to Common QuestionsReturn Policy:
We take pride in the products we offer and in the service we provide. You may return unused items for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of service. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or postage return. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We will not accept any of the following as returns: open media and books; yoga balls; damaged items or items missing parts; worn garments; special orders or customized products.
Please email info@urbanlair.net to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We cannot accept any return without an RMA number. Orders cannot be cancelled after an order is shipped. Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, personal checks and money orders. Payments received by personal check will be shipped after your check has cleared. Order Fulfilment:
When you place an order with My Yoga Life you will immediately receive an invoice via email to the email address you supplied on the order form. If you have ordered an item that is not available or it is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. You will also receive an email confirmation from UPS. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available. Shipping:
In order to reduce to your total cost, we provide FREE SHIPPING or we charge a fixed shipping cost per item. Shipping charges will be clearly identified during your “check out” process and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground and will provide tracking numbers for your orders. We will list an estimated timeframe for delivery and most orders will be shipped 24 hours within purchase. International Shipping: At this time, we ship orders to destinations only in the 50 United States and its official territories.

If you are trying to inquire about status of an order, change your account information, or if you wish to subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter, you can do so via your Account. Changing Your Billing Address, Name or Email Address:
You can do this by signing into the Your Account area and clicking on click on "Billing Address" or "Email Settings" links under the Personal Info heading. Password Assistance:
If you would like to change your password, you can do this by signing in to Your Account and clicking on "Password" link under the Personal Info heading. You can change your password by entering your old password and your new password twice. In the event that you forget your password, click on the "Forgot your password? Click here" link. Enter your email address, and we will send you your password via email. Order Confirmation:
When you place an order you will see an Order Confirmation page. This page is your receipt. You will also receive an email with this information. Order History and Order Status:
You can review your Order History and check on the status of an order in Your Account. To access the Order History section, click on the "Order History" link under the Order Status heading in Your Account. If you are not logged in you will be prompted for your email address and password.
Once logged in you will see a list of all orders you have placed in the past. This is your Order History. You can view the details of any order by clicking on the "View Details" button next to the order of interest. The order detail shown to you will provide all of the information from your original Order Confirmation along with up to date information on the status of each item. You will see shipping information and tracking numbers whenever they are available. Order Cancellations and Changes:
If for any reason you find that you need to change an item in an order, change the shipping address, cancel an item in an order, or cancel an order, please email us at info@urbanlair.net . The sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item.
